We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You may return items within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

The product must include all accessories, documentation, and components.
Please contact our Customer Service team at export@pininfarinasegno.it before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
